After graduating, he accepted a one-year small animal rotating internship at Michigan State University.
For the past decade, Dr. Nunley has been dedicated to sharpening his surgical skills, mastering complex procedures, and ensuring that many pets can access advanced care that might not otherwise be available.
After successfully completing his residency in 2015, Dr. Nunley moved back to Nashville, Tennessee, with his wife and children and opened Tennessee Veterinary Surgical Specialists, his mobile specialty surgery practice.
Outside of the operating room, Dr. Nunley can be found at a football game (Preferably Titans or Duke) with his three sons, Crews, Locke, and Byrne.
